Melissa Casey Simpson was born and raised in Durham. She attended Riverside High School and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2001 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. Melissa worked for several years in the legal field and transitioned into the real estate world where her real interests lay. Melissa married her high school sweetheart in 2006 and they have since had three wonderful children. Melissa is an active member in her local church and aims to please God in all she does. She also takes pride in being family oriented and providing that same service to her clients. Melissa is familiar with Durham from a both a business and residential perspective and looks forward to serving her clients with dedication and fervor in the town she loves. She has extensive experience with investment properties and residential renovation projects, and Melissa will always go the extra mile to make sure her clients are well represented. Stephanie Casey Minor was born and raised right here in Durham. Upon graduating from Riverside High School in 1996, Stephanie went on to attend UNC-Wilmington and Durham Technical Community College. Stephanie has worked as a Paralegal in the legal industry for over twenty (20) years. Her legal background and her familiarity with the Durham area provides an added benefit to her real estate clients. Stephanie has been married to her husband, Brandon since 2003. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys attending her local church, watching her two kids play various sports, assisting with local charitable organizations, and pulling for her favorite sports teams. Stephanie values relationships and enjoys being able to work with her sister, Melissa Simpson, doing what they both love – real estate. Kelly grew up in Greensboro, North Carolina and attended The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, graduating in 2007. She moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida to attend graduate school, obtaining a Doctorate of Dental Medicine, and then completed a one-year residency at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. After practicing dentistry for almost a decade in the Washington, DC area, Kelly and her husband moved back to Durham in 2019 to be closer to family. As part of this move, Kelly decided to turn her passion for houses and interior design into a career in real estate, and she has found working as a real estate agent to be a great fit as a career choice. Kelly is very family oriented and loves spending time with her husband and two small children. Kelly is incredibly hard working and enjoys meeting new people and helping them with their real estate needs.

Although not a native of the Raleigh/Durham area, Laura fell in love with North Carolina over 25 years ago, and in 2014, had the opportunity to relocate to the area. Since that time, Laura has explored many of the local communities and engaged herself in area events. Laura has always had the desire to help people and after serving 20 years in law enforcement, finds that being a Realtor® is the perfect opportunity to merge her commitment to the public with her passion for real estate. Laura is excited to utilize her experience, passion, and energy to help clients with their homebuying and selling needs.
