Melissa is the best of the best!  I have bought/sold three houses with her - one in particular was a sale in a down real estate market and it sold for asking price and in less than three months.  Buying and selling a home is stressful - Melissa makes the process seamless.  She handles EVERYTHING from lining up photographers to photograph your home, surveyors, inspectors & contractors (should you need things repaired before closing/listing your property).  She has access to a large group of real estate contacts from lenders, attorneys, surveyors, etc. so there is no need to do any research for these type services yourself. She's extremely professional, polished and organized. . .my husband and I were impressed at how quickly she helped sell our home, and there were four other very comparable homes for sale on our street at the time!  We did everything she told us to do to get it sold quickly and everything she handled from the negotiations to pricing to a tricky "close" worked out great. She was very familiar with the neighborhood, offered expert advice, and was willing to extend herself in learning about selling a home with a reverse mortgage, which was a daunting process due to the numerous reporting requirements and expectations of the lender.
